Unique custom-design 14 karat yellow gold ring, handmade design. This ring has a very unique oval, genuine 1.4 carat cabochon sapphire in a bezel setting, giving extra security on the stone mounting. The center stone is oval and measures approximately 5 x 7 mm, and the entire head is approximately 14.5mm in length and 10.5mm in width. We only have one of this ring, as the stone is very unique, which would be a great September birthstone ring.
